Agent proposed actions

Ordo can now suggest a task, a reminder, or a follow-up from a thread. A suggestion is not an action: nothing is created until you say so.

  • Suggestions from threads: Ordo proposes a task, a reminder, or a follow-up when a thread calls for one.
  • One approval queue: Suggestions wait in the queue until someone confirms them.
  • People stay in charge: Low-confidence and sensitive work stays with a person.

Suggestions, not actions

When a thread calls for it, Ordo suggests a task, a reminder, or a follow-up.

A suggestion is not an action. Nothing is created until someone confirms it.

Everything waits in the approval queue

Suggestions collect in one queue, where you can approve, edit, or reject each one.

Sensitive work stays with a person

When Ordo is unsure, or the work is sensitive, the suggestion is left for a person to decide.
