What we collect on this site
If you join the waitlist or request a demo, we store what you submit: typically name, email, company, team size, and optional notes. We use that to contact you about access or a walkthrough. Joining the waitlist does not create a product account.
How it is used
Waitlist and demo details are used to reply to you. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it as a marketing stat or customer count on this site.
Product data when you use Ordo
When you connect sources, Ordo is built to read email, chat, docs, meetings, and forms in order to extract what is actionable, then propose next steps or act only under policy-gated confidence tiers you allow. It is not a document archive, CRM, or notes app. Connected sources and future autonomous actions are permissioned, logged, and reversible — that product behavior is described on Trust. None of it is a live processing operation on this marketing site.
Third-party processors
We do not list processors we have not actually contracted. When hosting, email, or analytics vendors are in use, they will be named here — not invented in advance.
