Queues with routing suggestions

Shared queues hold the work more than one person might own. Ordo can suggest where an item should go, and a person still confirms it.

  • Shared queues: One place for work more than one person might own.
  • Routing suggestions: Ordo can suggest a route; a person confirms it.
  • Source stays attached: The original message travels with the item after it moves.

Shared queues

Queues collect work that more than one person might own, so it doesn't sit in one inbox waiting for someone to notice.

Routing is a suggestion

Ordo can suggest which queue or person an item belongs to. Ownership is still a decision, so a person confirms the route.

The source moves with the work

When an item moves to a queue, the message it came from stays attached.
