Proposal review, rebuilt

The review now stays on the message. Every proposal opens beside the original, with the sentence it came from highlighted, so you never have to retype the ask to confirm it.

  • Source sentence highlighted: Every proposal opens beside the original message, with the source sentence marked.
  • One-pass edits: Choose the owner, due date, and action type in a single step.
  • Decide in place: Approve, edit, or dismiss without leaving the thread.

Proposals open beside the message

Every proposal now opens next to the message it came from, and the sentence that led to it is highlighted.

You can check what Ordo understood against what was actually said, without switching views.

Owner, date, and type in one pass

Pick the owner, the due date, and the action type in one step before you confirm. No separate edit screen.

Approve without leaving the thread

Approve, edit, or dismiss the proposal right there. The review stays on the message; you shouldn't have to retype the ask to confirm it.

Paste one email thread. Ordo proposes the next steps, and nothing happens until you confirm.
